Technical Introduction: "3D (Three-Dimensional) CAD-CAM"

We can process anything if you have a blueprint!

Our company creates data from three-dimensional product shapes made with 3D CAD, and processes them using 3D CAM and NC routers. By utilizing 3D CAD/CAM, we can now achieve high-precision cutting of shapes that were previously difficult to produce by hand. Additionally, we can mass-produce these shapes in a short amount of time. We design products that require precision while considering the characteristics of wood with high accuracy. 【Features】 ■ High-precision cutting of shapes that were previously difficult to produce ■ Mass production in a short time ■ Ability to create shapes from simple sketches *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[FlexSim Case Study] Yamamoto Metal Works Co., Ltd.

Visualization of improvement effects! Detailed reproduction of the conveying actions of multiple processing machines and robots, as well as the movements of the people involved.

The "Learning Factory" being developed by Yamanaka Metal Works Co., Ltd. is based on the concept of a highly intelligent autonomous control type unmanned factory that utilizes data acquired in real-time. When providing services and equipment design to stakeholders and customers in the production site, we believed that using simulations that model the factory's equipment in 3D would allow for explanations with much stronger persuasive power than just using machine drawings and presentation materials. This belief was the catalyst for considering the introduction of 'FlexSim.' In addition to the transport operations of multiple processing machines and robots, we also meticulously reproduced the movements of the people involved. From the simulation results, it was found that more working time was spent on production tasks in different processes than on the main production operations within the model factory. [Case Overview] ■ Purpose: To demonstrate solutions to urgent issues faced by the domestic manufacturing industry ■ Selection: Focused on user-friendly 3D simulation features *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
